• Tillamook Rock Lighthouse South of Seaside stands the 62-foot-high tower 133 feet above sea level. The lighthouse stands guards 1.2 miles of the shores of the Oregon Coast. Commissioned in 1881 to help ships enter the Columbia River safely. No public access to this lighthouse. Whistle buoy replaced the lighthouses function in 1957.
